Other

In the past 5 years, I took up the challenge to set up process management (approach, structure and process flows) for an international organisation. As this had unsatisfactory priority within the growing business I had to convince and commit people to these projects. I managed this effectively by stimulating people to execute the projects and support them in choosing right focus, transferring my expertise on business processes, planning and organizing and creating commitment to deadlines. Next to that I developed and implemented a global change process for managing process- as well as product quality related changes.

Furthermore I have set up ‘’intervision” with respect to diversity within the Corporate organization. This intervision approach exists of culture related workshops and personal development of the participants. I could fully apply my coaching- and leadership skills, managing these intervision sessions.

Next to my job I started my own company in coaching after graduation of the Post HBO education for professional coaching. In February 2011, I have started full time my own company.

My strengths are to be found in the combination of my soft skills in communication, training, coaching, culture change management and my skills in project- & process-, and change management.
