As part of Shell’s global strategy to standardise and simplify HR processes, responsible for the implementation of redesigned Global Recruitment processes to HR Services Centres in offshore locations: Manila, Kuala Lumpur and Krakow.

Responsible for:
- Delivery of the implementation plan
- Heading up the implementation team with direct and indirect reports based in different countries
- In the Project Manager’s absence, heading up the entire Project Team
- Functional testing of redesigned processes and the enhanced workflow system used for recruitment services, including resolving all defects found
- Delivery of training plan and training of newly recruited staff (24 FTE) in the HR Services Centres
- Delivery of stakeholder engagement & communication plan and executing communication activities
- Organising and facilitating global workshops with attendees on management level to validate re-designed processes
- Chairing daily stabilisation clinics after go-live with all stakeholders involved to discuss and monitor operational performance

Project Manager “Relocation & Immigration Europe/Africa/Latin America” (Implementation)
Following the selection of a third party for relocation and immigration services in Europe, Africa and Middle East, responsible for the implementation of the contract in approximately 70 countries

Responsible for:
- Set up and leading an international Project Team with direct reports from both Shell as well as the selected third party
- Delivery of the implementation plan
- Determining and executing the stakeholder engagement and communication strategy
- Establishment of an integrated service delivery model, including roles and responsibilities for all parties involved, alignment of processes, IT solutions and training of Shell staff
- Establishment of guidance on service entitlements per employee group, based on international policies
- Establishment of a solid and tax compliant billing and charging process

Shell
Project Manager “Relocation and Immigration Europe/Africa/Latin America”
As part of Shell’s global strategy to standardise and simplify HR processes, responsible for selecting a third party supplier (tender process) to provide relocation and immigration services to all expats from Shell on international and domestic transfers within Europe, Africa and Latin America

- Heading up a dedicated project team and leading the tender process, including site visits in different countries
- Working closely together with contracting & procurement and all relevant disciplines to set the requirements on service delivery, scope, finance, legal, IT, Health Safety Security & Environment and KPI’s & SLA

The tender process has been successfully finalised within a recognised tight timeline, resulting in a multi-million Euro contract for relocation and immigration services for Europe, Africa and Latin America. Both the VP Global Functions Sourcing and VP HR Services complimented the achievement.

Assistant to / Acting Facility Manager of the Netherlands
In addition to representing the manager in daily operations when absent, responsible for:
- Monitoring & reporting on project deliverables and financials (budgets & actuals)
- Implementation of an improved reporting structure
- Design and implementation of processes and procedures for a new Facility Management Information System
- Drawing up a business case, aimed at a more efficient combination of facility tasks

Program Manager “Professionalising Relation Management”
As part of the “Organisational Development Programme”, responsible for setting up and leading a Program to further professionalise and improve relation management between the ICT Department with its internal customers. McKinsey’s 7 S model was used as a methodology and the required changes were both on the “hard” as well as “soft” side.

Responsible for:
- Analysis of the current situation and determining the desired situation
- Set up a Program structure consisting of seven project teams to further define the to-be situation: formulating the program plan, appointing Project Managers, set up project teams
- Delivery of a detailed report with findings and suggestions on the implementation of the desired organisational set up
