Combell has already been active on the Internet since 1999 and has become the largest independent hosting company in Belgium. Combell offers a wide range of Internet services to small and medium companies.This going from domain names and web hosting to servers and various additional services, such as online backup and SharePoint.

My mission was to build out an Enterprise Sales Unit within the company to support and to gain market share within the segment of corporate companies in Belgium.
This consisted out of defining a clear sales strategy, marketing approach and the integration of a CRM application (Salesforce) within the company.

Beside that I coached the online sales people to support them with prospecting new opportunities. I mainly had to work together wit the CTO the CEO and the Marketing Manager to define the right technologies, procedures, approach and marketing plan for the new Enterprise Unit.

-Super visioning a project team as well in a pre-sales stage as during the execution of a project at the customer.

Senior Account Manager
Nedstat B.V. – Antwerp ()

In the past The Belgian operation of Nedstat was done from the head office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In order to continue the international success of the company I became responsible to follow up the evolution of the Web analytics market in Belgium. The main task was to attract new customers and increase revenue from existing customers. This role involved the continuous development of B2C and B2B customers in Belgium with both Flemish and Wallonia.

In this job I was responsible for generating (extra) revenues from existing and new clients, mainly large companies such as Fortis, Wolters Kluwer, AXA Bank, D'ieteren, Skynet, Flemish Government, Test-aankoop and many others.

The job consisted out of:

- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities
- Paying a detailed attention to the Business and sensitivities of the customers
- Evaluating the online marketing strategy of the customer.
- Helping the customers to achieve there online communication goals by doing the analysis and giving support towards optimization.
- Fostering knowledge of Nedstat products and services within my portfolio of clients
-Preparing commercial presentations in connection with the products and services for new potential clients.
- Giving presentations at events and seminars
- Giving training courses for the clients

The job mission was to gain market share and increase sales by managing, initiating and maintaining commercial relationships, offering added value and achieving customer satisfaction.
