Coordination and implementation of this project, as well as taking care of design and implantation of workable financial, commercial, organizational procedures and also procedures with regards to content.

With Advies I provide personal coaching, team coaching and temporary management for companies and process management to measure. Starting January 1, 2002 I do this fulltime.

- As cofounder of JA!* organizing a workshop for professionalizing volunteer workers for vacations of handicapped adolescents

January 1, – August 31, 2001: Nagotiator national contract metal industry CNV BedrijvenBond & Interim General Director Hotel De Bergse Bossen in Driebergen. Stayed on as negotiator until the new contract was signed in April of 2001. In January 2001 accepted the interim position as General Manager of De Bergse Bossen. Responsible for the day to day business and specifically hired to professionalize the internal organization en implement a healthy financial and commercial policy.

April 1, 1998 - Dec. 31, 2000: Executive officer metal industry and paper industry - negotiator national contract metal industry CNV BedrijvenBond Head office
Coordinator of a nation wide team of 12 regional officers, also member of the management team, and therefore responsible for the day to day management of the union as a whole and for establishment and implementation of organizational policy. As member of the executive board also responsible for establishment and implementation of employment policy.
As a negotiator responsible for the national contract for the metal industry (400.000 workers, 40.000 companies). Also responsible for the living up of this contract by all parties, by being a member of the board of the foundation of the metal industry, the pension fund, the early retirement fund, the employment fund, the day care fund, several educational funds, the council to prevent disability in the branch (sectorraad) etc.

Sept. 1, 1994 – March 31, 1998: Regional Officer/regional representative CNV BedrijvenBond district South west All regional union tasks, like negotiating contracts, social contracts, pension arrangements etc., solving conflicts in the workplace, consult employers, assist and train works councils, groups of union workers etc. As a regional representative represented the union in various boards, committees and in the press.

May 9, 1991 – August 31, 1994: Senior Assistant manager/ RD Manager Postiljon Hotel Deventer
At first professionalized the reception. Then professionalized the RD department and during illness of the General manager, managed the entire hotel for four months. Specifically worked on personnel policy, customer relations, marketing and finance

July 1, 1988 – May 1, 1991: Reception Manager – Assistant Manager Castle De Hooge Vuursche(Hotel Restaurant ****)
First professionalized the reception, then was appointed as Rooms Division manager and also be a member of the Hotelmanagement. I partly managed the day to day business of the Hotel (50 employees).

Worked as a hotel receptionist for six years, and as the Reception Manager for the next 2 years
