Achievements include:
Centralized the Technical Support organization in Amsterdam, serving all EMEA Customers and Partners. Build a European competence center, supporting complex technical customer implementations, Knowledge Management services through extended customer KM system, Customer specific Service Level Agreements, Technical support partner agreements.

I was working directly with customers and the sales organization to negotiate maintenance and Service Level Agreements in all European countries. Customers include, Nokia, Iveco, Philips, DSM, Porsche, Adidas, etc.

We worked with partners, providing Application Management Services.
Business partners include; Atos-Origin, Gedas, Capgemini, IBM Global Services, Tata, Scandent, Infosys, etc.

I was responsible for developing consultancy business and training business for Exact Software. I was leading one of the Business Units Consultancy, Business Unit Training and associated marketing activities.
In the Business Unit Consultancy I had six business consultants, implementing Exact ERP/CMS Software, configured to the company processes.

For Training, I was managing 14 team members developing and delivering training to Exact resellers and Exact customers, covering all applications. Growth of the business by development of self paced, interactive multimedia training.

I was responsible for revenue and profit margin of three training centers.
End-user training programs, reseller training & certification, workshops and seminars.

Unit Marketing; all marketing activities of the subsidiary. DM-actions, customer satisfaction surveys, brochures, market introduction new training products etc.
