I set up an independent international distribution company featuring young and promising manufacturers in the dental as well as medical disinfection industry. I made up and signed contracts with manufacturers, positioned their products in the market, convinced dealers and trained their sales people. Simultaneously I set up a dealership serving the dentists in the Northern part of Belgium through direct sales. I negotiated and implemented a logistics deal allowing the company to propose over 13.000 product references to our customers. I did not succeed in finding an investor to grow the company.

Restructuring the dental sales department I re-motivated international and Belgian dealers and replaced them where necessary. I positioned and branded the company's new product "Metatray In-office", briefed the PR agency, developed presentation material and trained internal and external people.

Senior European Business Manager, Ingram Micro Europe (HQ) IT distribution
February 2006 – August 2006
Coordinating the implementation of Xerox' European distribution outsourcing contract from Ingram Micro's Headquarters top down to 10 IM country operations .

I built a worldwide distribution channel for a startup manufacturer. I made sales and marketing collaterals, organized training sessions and actively selected dealers in more than 35 countries. I motivated 5 commercial people and co-managed administrative personnel. I developed Formulation+ whitening gel and Remewhite Stay-White Program.
