• Analyze requirements and develop different alternatives;
• Prepare and organize workshops to confirm the most suitable architectural design and data model;

As a “hands on manager” responsible for a team of senior consultants and software engineers for the realization of the total IBS ASW implementations, projects and software applications). Verify the business blueprints with key users and align the business processes between the several departments working with the application. Analyze requirements and develop different alternatives for the ASW Business One platform. Coordinate, prepare and organize workshops to confirm the most suitable architectural design and data model. Set up and coordinate the integration tests and support during the acceptance tests.
Coordinate the data migration, coordinate the project planning, coordinate the data migration and provide after go-live support. Communicate with the customer on budget issues.

Sales Manager Logistical and Financial Solutions

We sold and implemented the System 21 business software application and related services to national and international companies. Focus on ERP/ MRP/ CRM and Finance. The software was capable of meeting the specific needs of local companies and foreign subsidiaries of multi nationals. The solutions have been ratified as a premier international system, catering for all major statutory requirements. Based on those facts I developed a strategic sales and marketing approach to market the products.

Amongst my responsibilities:
Representing the company at C and other levels;
Leading the sales team;
The development of strategic market plans for selected industry segments as part of the overall market plan for new business;
Business development for national and international companies within the designated market segments;
General sales activities.

Account Manager Transport and Logistics

Based on bespoke software I developed a separate business segment within the K2* Group N.V. Software was been built for specific transport oriented needs for leading Dutch companies. Divided the product range between Public and Private warehousing systems, developed a wide range of Container oriented software. Started as bespoke software more and more standardized the software and sold it worldwide.
