* Changing the organisation from hierarchical towards process driven with clearly defined roles and responsibilities with coaching and career development in several disciplines;
* Customer contacts with the main customers to maintain and improve the relationship (directorate level);
* Increase the customer satisfaction (measured kpi’s / dashboard scores) as defined within service level agreements and contracts;
* Contact with supplier concerning contracts and pricing;
* Optimise the costs and turnover; improve processes to be able to deliver actual financial reporting on daily bases;
* Improve internal and external communication, efficiency and collaboration;
* (Re)design planning process to increase the productivity;
* Quality assurance by education (toolbox meetings) and auditing.

* Centralising all computer centers in the region northern Europe (17 countries) towards Switzerland. Managing this European Computer Centre. Improving customer satisfaction and technical support with a high cost conscious and charging by usage (in stead of governance). This resulted in a cost-conscious and customer-oriented department with highly satisfied employees and customers through a clear vision.Budget responsibility 2 Million Euro and 7 direct reports.The start level for customer satisfaction was 3 of 10; after 2 years this was 9 of 10);
* Implementing Service Management voice products;
* Project Controlling of the outsourcing project concerning Office Operations from Siemens Building Technologies to Siemens Business Services. The involved number of employees is about 65 and the project costs are about 2,5 million euro. Target is to bring down operational costs with 35 % (3,5 million euro) from BY 2006.
