Owner of the company: Technical and commercial acquisitions of projects, project management, interim management and consultancy in semiconductors industry.
Some of the realised projects:
- Project management of a Developer Mixing installation for the Litho department at Philips Semiconductors in Nijmegen. Project realised in collaboration with the Process Lithographer and Facilities department: definition and selection of the installation, procurement specifications, acceptance tests, operation procedures, start-up of the installation
- Project management for replacement of HF50%, NH4OH, H2O2 and HCl chemical delivery installation at NXP in Nijmegen
- Engineering training Air Products technical staff
- Design of the software for the mixing process of HF mixing installations NXP Nijmegen
- Upgrade of Piranha Wet Benches: Design, manufacturing and implementation of the necessary hardware – H2O2 spike modules, software and interfacing with existing equipment NXP Nijmegen
- Consultancy in improvement of the service department at Lotus Systems GmbH – Germany, by developing new service products, as total equipment management concept and other.
- Consultancy in developing of the Total Gas and Chemical Management services at Air Products BV – Nijmegen

2001 - 2005: Philips Semiconductors - Nijmegen
Project Coordinator and Project Leader in a IC-Fab
Leading of equipment related projects
- Renovation projects for the chemical supply systems: procurement specifications, supplier selection, installation, start-up
Result: completed in time; no interruption of production; maintenance cost savings, improved quality of chemicals at POU.
- Merge of the maintenance activities for the chemical supply systems of 4 different IC-Fabs and outsourcing the work to the subcontractors.
Result: completed within the agreed time frame; synergy in activities of the 4 factories, maintenance costs savings, selected the right supplier for the job.
- Implementation of the CPR 15-1 government safety directives
Result: Factory meets the requirements of CPR15-1, safety improved
- Developed audit system for the activities of the subcontractors performing projects and maintenance work for Philips Nijmegen on gas and chemical installations.
Result: Ongoing improvement of the way the subcontractors carry out their activities. Improvement of the safety, documentation up to date, cost reduction.

Member of several project teams
- Overall project coordination for the conversion of 6 inch to 8 inch IC- Fab - Pilot Line, as core team member; also responsible for the detailed installation planning, retrofit and release planning of the equipment for the subcontractors and the fab engineers
Result: Pilot line successfully started up, within the budget. The very first production lot came out according to the time planning, yielding 90%
- Representative of IC-Fab in plant projects for the introduction of the BRZO directives
Result: common directives defined for the plant; carried out the implementation within 4 IC Fabs

1999-2001 Philips Semiconductors - Nijmegen:

- Capacity expansion IC-Fab MOS-3. Responsible for planning, coordination and leading of sub project teams responsible for the installation and release of new equipment. Budget responsibility: 60 MEuro.
o Result: The production capacity increased according to the planning with 30%. As result of this, the fab could provide the requested output on time. Increased the competitiveness of the fab.

1987-1999 Philips Semiconductors - Nijmegen:
Section Head Equipment Engineering / Process Engineering
- Responsibly for the equipment – and process engineering activities – production related, in several sections: Wet Process, Implant and Furnaces and combinations of those. Specification and acquisition new equipment and retrofits.
- Result:
o Brought the sections on a high performance level; in 1988, MOS-3 has been awarded as "The Fab of the Year" by the Semi Organisation.
o Implemented ISO9000, TQM and other quality programs
