June 2013, Ooredoo was selected as one of the two successful applicants to be awarded a telecommunication license in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
• Calculate all logistics costs, bottom up.
• Handle continuously changing parameters that must be analyzed, assessed objectively and factored into the decision making to ensure goods are delivered on time and to the correct location.
• Negotiate new agreements as well as manage the LSP whose costs to the company are significant.
