Work Experience

From 1983 until June 2001 employed with SD WORX, the largest HRM-solution provider in Belgium.

1996 - 2001 : Business Manager for HRM-software implementation
· After successfully introducing this new business for SD WORX in 1996, we’ve reached a revenue of 3.000.000€ in 2000 with a team of 3 project managers and 15 consultants.
· Together we realised the implementation of the HRM-software application for very large multinationals as well as local companies, e.g. Philips, OPEL, AXA, Tractebel and many others.

1995 - 1996 : Advisor to the Adjunct General Manager
· Broadening the network of distributors for the SD WORX services, with special actions towards accountants and professional organisations representing industry sectors.
· As a result of the ambitious merit system that was introduced in 1995, the number of distributors tripled and the average revenue per distributor doubled.

1993 - 1995 : Advisor to the General Manager
· Study and analysis of the market situation in Wallonia, in order to commence commercial and business activities in this part of Belgium.
· Negotiations with international business partners with the intention of creating a European network for social management. Agreements with German, French, Italian, Dutch and Luxemburgian partners.
· Preparation and opening of two new offices in Liége and Charleroi (Wallonia) with special attention for the language aspect (Dutch/French) and the sensitive reactions towards the introduction of a Flemish organisation (SD WORX is part of the Vlaams Economisch Verbond) in Wallonia.

1988 - 1993 : Project Manager for the development of a new central payroll system
· Together with a team of 30 analysts and programmers, developing a new central payroll system for the mainframe, and providing conversion tools to transmute 8.000 clients from the old to the new system.

1985 - 1988 : Head of a payroll administration department with 10 employees

1983 - 1985 : Payroll administration employee.
