·Facilitated Benefits Management Workshops for a growing Healthcare division of a major general insurer (Norwich Union). This enabled senior management to identify programme benefits, agree ownership and plan successful delivery.

·Establishment & Management of a Programme Support Office and processes for a companywide £10m Claims CRM Programme of Change, delivering benefits of £40m p.a. for a major UK general insurer (Royal & Sun Alliance).

·Established the programme management processes and best practice, for a £4m Business Intelligence IT initiative for a major UK general insurer (Royal & Sun Alliance). This enabled the Programme to manage the initiative and deliver MI through consistently across the organisation through a single logical database and giving a single view of the customer relationship.

·Established and Managed Programme Support Office for a management information Programme for a major UK general insurer (Royal & Sun Alliance). Managing plans, resources, risks, issues, change and Board reporting.

·As part of a Business Transformation / Change Programme planned the integration of Head Office processes functions for an innovative insurance & mortgage brokerage (then recently acquired) into a major UK financial services company (Bradford & Bingley).


Barclays Group
·Developed and Managed a Programme Office for group-wide £30m brand Change Programme and successfully managed it through to timely delivery, on budget. This role included providing support for seven separate workstreams ranging from internal communications, new corporate identity and a major TV and media advertising campaign. Successfully maintaining stakeholder relationships at executive level and with six key suppliers for corporate branding and PR.

·Provided project management expertise to the Wealth Management business in the development of high level corporate identity strategic plans, so enabling an enhanced reputation for this key area of the Group business.

·Successfully project managed the planning & delivery of a £2m Communications Change Programme for 3,000 senior executives and middle managers as part of a culture change initiative.

·Project managed a review of business processes, including complaints handling, in a prototype call centre serving Central London. Successfully implementing Change and Best Practice that led to enhanced efficiency and a 20% improvement in customer satisfaction levels.

·Project managed an operational review of a unique offshore banking centre employing over 150 staff. Delivered proposals resulting in annual savings of some £500k and a 30% improvement in customer satisfaction levels.
