KEY EXPERIENCE

I have developed sound experience in the design and execution of HR effectiveness projects by managing the analysis of HR business requirements and translating these into organizational and system improvement projects.
By means of my experience as project manager on projects of multiple nature and size, I have developed an acute sense of planning and organization that have enabled me to put my leadership skills into practice.
My language skills and ability to adapt to multiple cultures have always proven beneficial in international business settings.
As director I have been responsible for the growth and development of an HR consulting firm of 10 staff members and an annual turnover of €800’000.-

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Since I have taken on my function in August 2002, most of my activity has been centered on:
- managing daily operations
- financial management
- developing and marketing new service offerings
- establishing business partnerships
- acquiring new client business
- supervising and training staff
- managing and delivering client projects

From August 1996 until August 2002: Manager in a 'Big Five' Management Consulting Firm, Belgium

Operational Responsibility
- As part of my national responsibility I was accountable to determine staffing requirements and recruit new staff into the practice. I was responsible for staffing HRM projects, developing training plans for practice members, evaluating performances of staff members, and act as a practice mentor. Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining a link into the international PeopleSoft HRMS consulting network internal to the organization.
- As part of my international responsibility I coordinateed sourcing and delivery of PeopleSoft training for ± 350 consultants at EMEA level.

Project Delivery Responsibility
- Since 1996, I was mainly involved in HR related improvement projects. My role on these projects ranged from organizational and process analyst to project management.

- As a project manager, I was responsible of initiating and ensuring the successful delivery of organization wide projects. I was accountable for costing project delivery and benefits, assessing and mitigating project risks, planning project activity, staffing project teams, following-up project delivery, mitigating and resolving project and/or organization issues, communicating project progress, following-up and managing project budgets, and providing HR content expertise where needed.

Business Development Responsibility
- From November 2001 until July 2002, I was appointed Manager in charge of developing the PeopleSoft CRM business line within Belgium. During that periode my activity mainly focused on:
* Develop service offering for CRM projects
* Building a competence group (10 people) able to deliver CRM projects
* Establishing and maintaining service delivery partnerships with third-party service and/or product providers
* Project/customer aqcuisition
* Project delivery management
