Responsibility for start up and launch of this pure internet company in France. Found offices, recruited workforce (sales, on and off-line marketing, operational, admin etc), sales work, reporting, produced French language website (1st launch 3 May 2000), dealt with regulatory (banking) and all other legal issues.
