· Managing a department of 30; engaged as an Interim; contract renewed for a further 100 days after first 6 months. Core purpose to analyse, plan and deliver a highly sophisticated ecommerce model for a large and complex international organisation (www.farnell.com) with a widely differentiated customer base (large multinationals to single consumers).
