My assignment was to restructure, reorganize, and expand the commercial departments(12fte) and solve problems that caused growth stagnation. (turnover €12.500.000,-)

Key Results:
Transformed the business model from agro lighting into a SAAS solution. Optimized the customer journey and automated multiple customer service processes with custom-made technology.
Transformed the commercial workflow to the inbound methodology.
Set up a new sales region in Eastern Europe and Russia.
