Its 700 staff continuously work to create innovative, customised solutions and translate high-level technological know-how into daily practice. Liandon is Alliander’s innovation driver and knowledge centre.

Client supported in their organizational change proces in various roles and functions. The main objective of the assignments is to get the respective Consultancy and Design departments at a higher level of professionalism. Review of the internal processes/way of working, define strategy, assess/plan/execute the necessary organizational/staffing related issues and accompany/coach individual employees are the elements.
