Realizations:
- Program Management, including people and budget management (more than USD 2M).
- Development and implementation of dedicated global strategies and methodologies for Online Marketing and B2C.
- Organization and management of international Request for Proposals (RFPs). Management of contracts, agencies and external partners.
- Definition, management and delivery of international and local Digital Marketing and B2C projects.
- Creation and delivery of PMI B2C platforms (including the company¡¦s first eCommerce solution), involving more than 50 people, up to 10 agencies and external partners, 9 internal departments and 8 countries.
- 75% reduction of the operational cost of PMI¡¦s eCommerce/B2C platforms, by introducing new strategies and new technologies.
- Member of the commercialization team for the launch of new innovative products in 6 countries and 3 continents. Management of Digital & One-to-One Marketing and eCommerce projects.
- Design, development and implementation of PMI¡¦s central Online Marketing platform. In four years, this platform reduced the time-to-market of Online Marketing projects by 50% and the cost by 60%.
