I'm an articulate and assertive global business transformation programme director, with an ability to translate complex business challenges into viable and effective solutions.

Many of the solutions delivered were between £ 700 and £50m. Has been working with the Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP and Siebel applications since 1991. Modules include Financials, HR (and Payroll), CRM, Supply Chain and Manufacturing business functions and processes combined with key business transformation initiatives, such as business process re-engineering, mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integrations, divestments and organizational restructuring, B2B Collaboration, architecting BI architectures, implementing process-specific initiatives - faster payments, customer systems strategies, strategic sourcing, etc.

Able to work under immense pressure, He has worked in various contract consulting roles, including Global Program Manager, IT Transformation Lead, HRMS/Payroll Transformation Manager, Solution Build Manager, and permanent consulting roles as Global Senior Practice Director (responsible for managing consulting services delivery at Oracle Corporation) and Technical (B2B) Director for EMEA Director at VerticalNet.

She's able to demonstrate:

- Differing styles of coaching client change teams in change management activities from design to implementation (from Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) to junior project team members)
- Combined functional and technical experience to enable quick adaption and effectively engage with programme teams whether on- or offshore
- The ability to deal with the ambiguities of extreme programme/project conditions such as tight deadlines, budgetary constraints, unclear requirements, conflicts of interest or capability weaknesses
- Capability to deliver quality change management activities within agreed timescales and controls
- Planning, Monitoring and Control capabilities to measure and review programme progress of deliverables and outcomes in a timely manner with teams and clients to confirm understanding of key drivers for change
- Broad knowledge of key business processes (Financial Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, HR, etc)
- A blend of skills to performing programme/project QA and Implementation Reviews to identify project recovery strategies and correct/adjust filing programmes and projects and guide management team
- Practical knowledge and experience of Gateway Reviews and Operational Readiness Reviews aligned to PMI (PMBOK), PRINCE2 and CoBIT (v3/v4)
- Experience of Public Sector PSA Targets and equivalent performance measure-related initiatives
- A flexible personality able to working effectively with CFO to establish financial frameworks
- Experience working with CIO/CTO to establish enterprise IT strategies and deliverables (global, regional and local) which support various business initiatives (such as blueprints, roadmaps and operating models)
- Experience in building revenue-generating global consultancy practices in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence, Central Government, Not-for-Profit and Telecoms.

Solutions have been deployed into over 90 countries. Delivery, Implementation and Applications Upgrade projects have been completed globally, co-ordinated from the following hub countries - Americas: Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, United States - EMEA: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom - Asia Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore.
