Situation Nationale Nederlanden had just gone through restructuring process. I worked for the Planning and control department of the entire decentralised IT organisation. The IT departments receive and provide services to each other, and share projects.
Assignment Create en implement clearinghouse for internal settlements.
Result I created a procedure to settle internal services, made it accepted throughout the organisation, explained, documented. I trained my successor.
Extra Internal (KPI) reporting, coordinating submissions of 6 colleagues/PMO’s, reconciliation MI with finance admin, develop & improve MI reports.

This Position required both helicopter view and practical skills. Reporting to the VC’s in Greenville and France.

Situation Delta Lloyd is one of the first corporate companies to publish its annual results. The management wants the 2006 figures had to be ready before February 28th, 2007. This required a fully dedicated team.
Assignment Coach one of the permanent junior employees through these months.
Result Account manager for subs. “ABNAMRO insurance”. I composed various paragraphs in annual report 2006 for Delta Lloyd Group NV. Extra: Introduction scorecard and implementation standard procedures for monthly submissions.

Situation SOX implementation within Business Unit Group Functions of ABN AMRO was behind on schedule. This new project for ABNAMRO affected ABNAMRO world wide.
Assignment Get back on track and coordinate implementation SOX for BU Group Functions.
Result Establishment (key) controls together with 12 Control Owners and internal audit, prepare testing (test programs) and follow up.

Result FSCP was successfully implemented approved by auditor. Extra: management finalisation IFRS project. Member project “Wet Toezicht Banken en Verzekeraars” (WTB).
