• Fully responsible for successful implementation of HR Information Systems initiatives by translating HR strategies into plans
• Collaboration and consulting with HR teams in each region as well as Corporate teams
• Lead the delivery of the “PeopleConnect” program: a reengineering of several HR key processes as well as HR transformation programs, resulting in system implementation of new PeopleSoft HCM modules:

• Lead functional analysis with EMEA HR community in order to choose a new Global HR System for the company. PeopleSoft was chosen (SAP & PeopleSoft were analyzed and assessed)
• EMEA HR Product Manager for Digital internally developed core HR System: requirements gathering, liaison with corporate development team (USA), testing, documentation, and implementation in EMEA countries, including management of training and user support
