2001 - 2003: Vice President Professional Services Convergys EMEA (Billing) for Cable, Wireless and Wire-line verticals in the post-merger (CVG / GTL) organization. Providing Leadership to the integration process and the culture change process. Responsible for all post-merger contracting / implementation / consultancy programs in EMEA and the customer support & training organization.
Structured the organization and processes to support the sales, capture and delivery of managed services in EMEA.

1998 - 2001. Head European Operations, responsible for Convergys IMG European Delivery Programs (A, CH, N, NL, UK and D): BSS/OSS for Wire-line/IP and Wireless verticals. Project management and development staff, consultants and service organizations based in Bristol, Southampton, Slough (UK), Centreville (VA), Oslo (N), Cincinnati (OH), Bern (CH) and Utrecht (NL). Reporting to President CVG International (CIG)

1996 - 1998. General Manager of CVG-IS Inc, Netherlands Branch; Business Development and Program Management responsibility (NL, CH), including responsibility for development organizations in Fairfax (VA) and Cincinnati (OH) and the Customer Support Organizations in Utrecht (NL) and Bern (CH). Reporting to President CVG Int’l.

1993 – 1996. Program Director responsible for contract management, delivery and implementation of BSS/OSS for the Leased Line Infrastructure in The Netherlands; turn-key project (value >$150MM). Responsible for setting up and administration of the Netherlands Office and for restructuring of Fairfax (VA) operations.

1990 - 1993 Philips Projects, Eindhoven (NL); Member of the Executive Management Team, responsible for Area Management Asia and for Application Management for the market vertical Transport Infrastructure and Communication; Head of the System Engineering Dept.

1987 - 1990 Hong Kong (resident); Managing Director of United Contracts Ltd. (Contracting) and Intarco Hong Kong Ltd. (Consultancy) within the Philips China Hong Kong Group. Responsible for acquisition and implementation of major contracts in Hong Kong and South China.
General Manager of one of the first Sino-Dutch Joint Ventures.

1984 - 1987 Philips Projects; Program Manager responsible for acquisition and delivery of several large infrastructure projects (> $20MM each) in the Middle East. Highway communication, Telecommunications, Defense.

1977-1984: Consultant and Program Manager for the (master-)planning, implementation and evaluation of Rural Electrification Projects in South East Asia, including a 2 year (resident) assignment in Indonesia, leading a team of engineers and economists
