Part of the management team of the real estate consulting department (45p) with joint responsibility for srategy, HR, finance, evaluations and training programs for the consultants.

Project management and content of the project, under responsibility of a manager
Executive position towards junior consultants.
The projects performed during this period vary from organizational change, designing processes, selecting IT systems and designing and implementing new organizational structures for the biggest real estate companies (or departments) in Europe.

The portfolio management tasks mainly contained the negotiations for big lease contracts, organising technical maintenance (with a technical team), and project development.
