- To lead, manage and incorporate all the financial aspects of the DHL deferred Road Express with the Deutsche Post Euro Express, including the set-up of a single financial clearance system that provides full visibility of all transactions.

- To set-up and optimize management reporting tools, setting up KPI’s, individual sales targets

- To provide financial/billing solutions in RFQ’s for new potential logistics customers, which often exceed 50 M€ in turnover. (Active sales-support involvement with DHL Sales organisation and DHL Logistics customers)

- To steer planning and implementation of logisitics project.

- To provide, design and implement changes in IT platforms ( in cooperation with consultants), in the area of billing, self-billing and pre-billing solutions, work-flow solutions

- To perform risk assessment on ongoing business ( customers and suppliers) and assess risk on new customer prospects
