• Establish and maintain relationships with NGO’s. (Non-governmental Organisations)
• Provide business plans for step down sites to National Department of Health.
• Responsible for all computer equipment in the Senior General Manager’s office.
• Transport officer – maintain all vehicle records.

• Administration duties for the interim co-ordinator of the Global Fund.
• Attending and taking of minutes at meetings.
• Typing all correspondence.
• Responsible for financial control and monitoring of the budget.
• Managing the Global Fund budget.
• Processing subsistence and travelling claims.
• Stock control.
• Travelling to hospitals to assist the Project Co-ordinator in identifying step-down sites.
• Source information on the Internet and Intranet through duplicating/downloading.
• Keep register of stationery ordered and issued, and maintain records.
• Receiving and prioritising incoming & outgoing mail.
