·Given two aggressive challenges; develop the RTC brand across Europe and work with account managers and marketing services to build blue chip brand relationships
·RTC needed to introduce their organisation to Europe, they are the biggest marketing services agency in the world – but no one knew them in European market
·Managed a team of five marketing people across European offices as well as two service managers in European head office
·Introduced e-commerce retail marketing strategy to Nike, used for ecrm development
·Developed true virtual design and project platform, via the web for multi national brands, for corporate design management, international policing, develop (retail) global marketing strategies. Used to increase time to market, save global travel needs - it helped RTC lengthen relationship!
·Positioned this e-commerce usp to top twenty global retail brands, developed into very successful group service
·Brand development for RTC across Europe and for the brands we represented, was never far from my ‘key objective’ list (Nike, Coca Cola, Procter and Gamble, Nokia)
·Creative flair and credibility had to be free flowing to develop these super brands presence – called for multi promotion tasking skills, working with all aspects of mix
·Had to work across all international communities taking into account local culture

Camelot Group, Watford (Jun.93 – Oct. 97)Retail Marketing Manager

·The big one! This was the biggest ever brand launch in the UK – I was marketing it!
·Helped to develop all distribution channels from zero; including relationship management
·Very strong branding aggressively managed across major retail / FMCG network
·Entered as junior executive, within twelve months became senior marketing manager
·Dynamic environment called for continuous development of brand values, positioning statements, creative, advertising and all media campaigns – just part of my job!
·Carried out major research into effects of e-commerce effects on retail marketing
·Developed brand through to maturity stage, built sympathetic re-positioning messages
