▪ Developing project procedures, guidelines, manuals, reporting templates, and other components into a single, coherent IT Project Methodology.
▪ Participation in Global Systems & Technologies Strategy development.
▪ HQ IT Helpdesk responsibility, consisting of 2 FTE.


MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
▪ Preparation of systems and technology budgets for 22 (potential) projects, 6 due diligences, 8 successful terminal project implementation, and 4 internal audits.
▪ Establishment of five frame agreements with system & technology vendors, as well as determination, development, and execution of two system integration partners, and a technology partner relationship. Savings made over agreements life span of 5 years on average, estimated at $ 93 Mill, or 22% of related expenditure.
▪ Successful documentation and implementation of a tailored project management methodology and handbook, based on Prince2, PMBOK, and Method 123.
▪ Global Systems & Technologies Strategy Definition and Implementation.
