- March 1997 – June1998

DOCdata NV -Vught Nederland: leading independent producer of audio and multimedia CDs (+DVD) and related services. Designs and builds production systems based on optical and laser technology.
Responsibilities :
· As Managing Director responsible for the development of the European division existing out of 4 CD-factories: The Netherlands (Tilburg), Germany (Hamburg), France (Langres), England (London). In this function I had frequently contact with investors (presentations).

Achievements :
· Development of a strategy for the division;
· Re-organisation of the Dutch factory;
· Re-launch of the English factory after the acquisition.

· RCA Records Belgium has been started by the General Manager and myself;

· Organisation of the Belgian bookkeeping according to the Belgian Bookkeeping law and adjusting procedures to adapt to US reporting requirements;
