I worked almost 1 year for ILE as consultant and build the industrial lubricant department up from scrap, paying a significant role in the increase of turnover from approx. 9,7 mio € to 16,4 mio €. I got then after a successful year appointed employed senior sales manager – closing down my consulting company abroad. My tasks include on side of sales leads strategies, selection, classification, rating and contracting of partners in toll blending, private lable business and hireing highly qualified sales staff.
