CRM/ERP responsibilities for the Internal Business Analysis and Project Management, The Selection of The Specific CRM/ERP Packages, Designing the Interface Between CRM and ERP, Designing and approval of the Kernel Methodology and the management of Global Development Resources.
This Involves the communication of Return on Investment Projections, Planning the Cultural and Change management Scenarios, The Briefing, Control and Measurement of Third party technical application Consultants, Physical Application and Integration Testing, Data Migration Planning, Domain Data Management, The Writing Of Technical User Proceedures and Work-instructions, Presentations, Training Materials etc. Team management and the management of Big Bang (ERP) and the Phased implementation (CRM) Strategies required for a multi site combined implementation.
I am part of a 4 man management team managing the first ever combined integration within an enterprise environment that allows Offline Quotation and Order Generation using back office data to be conducted Using BAAN E-Configurator Enterprise in Front Office Linked to Sales Plus/Sales Point Via BAAN Openworld Integration Software to the ERP BAAN Vc Back Office.
This Project has a total of 47 Staff in the team based in Golden and Dallas in the USA, Barneveld in the Netherlands, Copenhagen Denmark, Stockholm Sweden and Mumbai India.
Systems Used – BAAN Vc , Sales Plus 4:3 SP 4 P16, E-Configurator Enterprise 5:3, IPack 5.0,
Marketing Resposibilities include the development of a five year marketing strategy encompassing Product Development, Product Rationalisation, Brand Positioning, Market analysis, Business Performance Measurement, PR, Marketing Communications, Customer Retention and Loyalty Programme Development, Customer Acquisition Strategy Development, Distribution analysis, Channel Management, Group and Company promotion. Managing a team of 8 permanent staff and 3 contractors in Dunstable and London that Includes Product Managers, Tele Marketing, Furniture Designers and a Communications Manager.

I currently spend 80% of my time working in Holland, Belgium and Denmark.

Steelcase Inc. is the world’s pre-eminent designer and manufacturer of products used to create high-performance work environments. Steelcase has a product portfolio that includes Architecture. Furniture and Technology products. My role was Market Manager.

My duties Were complex and vary within the different VAR Partners dependent upon their business issues and included -

• The analysis of People and Systems within the VAR partners with a view to developing both immediate and continious BPR strategies.
• Defining the addressable markets for each partner organisation.
• Database design, development and implementation.
• The development of both sales and marketing strategies to meet both short term (1year) and long term (5 year) growth expectations in alignment with the local addressable markets.
• The development and implementation of Performance Measurement and Analysis tools.
• Revenue Management and Forecasting.
• The Development of local Key Account strategies.
• New business development of major prospective accounts
• Assisting the VAR Partners in closing highly competitive accounts
• Discount/Price structure modelling (development and analysis)
• Developing links for the dealers with the Architectural, Design, Property Development and Inward investment agencies through knowledge seminars, CPD training and value added services.

SCG Was the premier Search and Selection and HR Consulting organization within the Medical and Pharmaceutical industries. They also had businesses that specialized in Telecommunications and Construction Search & Selection.
Senior Managing Consultant
 Reporting to the Group Managing Director I was responsible for the research, design, development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for the supply of search, search and selection retained advertised selection and Outplacement services to blue chip organisations within the Technology Industries in Europe.
 Managing flexible teams of between 5 and 13 staff which included Media Design Specialists, Web Designers, Telephone Research Staff, Copywriters and Sales Delivery Consultants.
 I was responsible for the formal assessment of all of my permanent staff including formal appraisals, formal training development and vocational training within the business
 I was a key member of the group steering committee for cultural change.
 Sold and delivered the highest single account in the organisations history (£175K Cable & Wireless)
 Full P&L responsibility for the Technology/Telecommunications Division (TELCOM) £2 Million T/O 1997-1998 with 28% contribution.

UK Project Manager
 As a partner of this contract management company I was responsible for resourcing and managing UK trained technologists and engineers for projects in Germany and the former Eastern Bloc Countries.
 Sold the services of the organisation through channel partners, VAR’s and independent agents throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
 Project managed a number of large construction / refurbishment sites in the former Eastern Bloc.
 This role was primarily based in Germany with extensive European travel
 We had at one point over 180 staff working in 6 countries.
