With centre¡¦s in Hoofddorp/the Netherlands, Singapore and Sweden, Internoc employs 90 people in the operating business and 400 in IT consultancy. Internoc Holding nv is listed on the EURO-NM of the Brussels Stock Exchange.

Landis & Gyr is the market leader in payphone technology and payment solutions for over 50 years. With over 3.0 million public and private payphones installed in more than 70 countries and 1.2 billion prepaid phone cards. L&G Communications pioneers and delivers innovative systems, services, and payment solutions. Landis & Gyr Communications has earned its reputation as a key partner in developing and providing secure, intelligent solutions to payphone operators, site providers, and equipment integrators world-wide. Landis & Gyr Communications was acquired by the Texas Pacific Group in April 1998. TPG is an American based internationally operating leverage buy-out company.

„h Marketing and Sales in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal and Spain.
After the acquisition of TPG the Group Companies had to be separated from the other Holding companies. New offices were realised in the Netherlands, Austria and Belgium. Both in the Netherlands and Austria market studies were performed and the organisation was adapted accordingly. Customer relations are changed from an engineering oriented organisation to a business-oriented environment.
Business Development.
Business development is focussing on corporations and acquisitions of /with companies with respect to the new emerging internet possibilities like Web-phones, Services over the Internet and Information Kiosks.
Corporate Communications.
A communication strategy and plan is developed and an Internet site is realised.
Strategic Business Planning.
Based on the requirement of the Sales organisations in the countries, a rolling product plan is established.
European consolidation of production sites, logistics and service organisation.
To optimise productivity and profitability a plan was developed and is being implemented for consolidation of five production sites and the centralisation of Logistics, Services and the Sales back offices.
Human Resource.
In total 50 employees in six different countries are managed.
Revenue responsibility.
As member of the senior management the revenue responsibility is 300mUSD.
The revenue responsibility for the reporting group companies is 35mUSD.

General Manager of Landis & Gyr Comm. Nederland B.V. in Gouda from July 1997 to April 1998.
Landis & Gyr Communications Nederland B.V. is since 1958 the sole supplier of Payphones to KPN Telecom. Besides payphones, the E-purse scheme CHIPPER was developed and sold to the Dutch marked.

IBM Nederland N.V. is the Dutch affiliate of ¡§International Business Machines¡¨, Armonk / the United States. IBM develops, produces and sells automated solutions for the business world.

1984-1987 Systems Engineer for the Personal Computer Company. Performed hard- and software product support. Designed and performed Dealer and Agents technical and authorisation training¡¦s.
1987-1990 Account Manager for Emerging Large Accounts in the south of the Netherlands. Win back of Utility companies from DEC and HP with Geographical Information Systems. Revenue responsibility 5 mUSD
1989-1990 Large Account Manager for the Dutch Automotive industry.
Member of the international Volvo sales team guided from Gothenburg/Sweden. Sold engineering workstations and several mainframe computers to Volvo/Helmond.
Member of the international Scania sales team guided from Stockholm/Sweden.
Sales responsible and functional responsible for the DAF/Leyland sales team (4 people). Sold an automated tape solution and the first multimedia solution for IBM NL to the DAF services organisation.

1991-1992 Product Manager Mainframes. Introduced and announced the last series of water-cooled mainframe with S390 architecture.
1992-1994 European Account Manager for Philips C&P.
Responsible for the sales and functional guidance of the European sales team (about 10 people). Sold the consolidation solution of five remote mainframe sites (Vienna, Paris, Madrid, Neurenberg and Hamburg to one central site in Eindhoven.

1995-1996 Sales Manager Mainframes for Industry customers.
In the new matrix organisation, from a product view responsible for the sales of mainframe solutions to industry customers. Managed about 15 sales and engineers (50/50).

from 1997 responsible for the set up of sales to new entrances in the Telecom Industry.
Sold an AS/400 customer support solutions to Enertel-Rotterdam and a GSM-data transfer solution to Libertel.

De Waalpaal BV is a geophysical contractor specialised in foundation engineering in/under existing buildings. Well known projects Royal Palace, Rijksmuseum and Central Railway Station in Amsterdam, Subway Coolhaven Rotterdam.

At start operating as a consultant. Well known projects are Schiphol, Neeltje Jans werkeiland. Achievement highlight is the developed and realisation of a fully automated site investigations and subsequently report generation process.
