Developing and leading a coaching program to serve youth in prison in Cape Town, South Africa, for Young In Prison, while serving as their Marketing Director. Working with clients to find more fulfillment and balance in their personal and professional lives as a life/executive coach. Assisted workshop for a client of Words In Action to train managers to be more persuasive and effective communicators. Creating and leading workshops for Victory for Life aimed at adults looking to lead a more fit and healthy lifestyle in The Netherlands. Conducted workshop in Sitges, Spain, empowering participants to better connect with themselves, others and the world around them. Designed and lead leadership workshops to develop staff of the Children’s Cancer Association (CCA). Provided strategic direction in marketing and communications to CCA to raise awareness of the Association and its programs. Researched intercultural communications trends in virtual teams and health care for the Intercultural Communication Institute. Created marketing collateral and materials for ICI.

Served as the General Manager for the Hong Kong office, managing a team of four and responsible for office’s multi-million dollar P&L. Led account teams in Hong Kong and Australia, providing strategic direction to the McDonald’s, Coca-Cola and Shell regional accounts in Asia Pacific. Developed regional and market-specific sales promotion tactics that were culturally relevant to local consumers. Refined skills of working with cross-cultural teams and marketing products in various Asian cultures. Created orientation and training programs for employees in the Asia Pacific region.
