Main Activities: as General Manager of Enterprise Business Unit: by second half of 2010, was assigned to be the first GM to set up a business unit for enterprise customers (excluding telecom operators). By end of 2011, an organization (30 staff) with several teams including account management, channel sales, technical sales, and delivery and service had been set up. At the same time, sales had been progressing rapidly: from zero to 18 million US$ in one year.

• In 2008, initialed and implemented CSO (contract support operation) to have a single platform for end-to-end process of contract fulfillment, the whole DSO (order to cash) reduced 40 days in average in 2008, and improved another 20 days in 2009.
• In 2008, supply chain average lead time improved 15%, while associated unit logistics costs lowered 10%; customer satisfaction regarding supply improved significantly.
• Outlined and implemented localized processes and procedures such as order/contract management, order to cash, purchase and payment.
