My direct and fair cooperation with colleagues and direct reports are generally well accepted and support daily work as well as project related teamwork.

Leading and motivation of direct reports was always successful with a supporting but also demanding management style. Creating a trustful and clear environment was building the base for a good working relationship, local and over distance. Formal and situation driven permanent communication is one of my basic tools.
My strong analytical abilities enabled me to overview processes , identify and eliminate weaknesses. I had the opportunity to analyse processes and find solutions on almost every level. Where the practical introduction and implementation of this solutions was always successful

Especially trough the last 6 years the constant changes of structures and markets demanded a very high flexibility to react successfully.
The knowledge and permanent work with Swiss- and US-GAAP accounts build the base of to understand and maintain local and regional books of different company types and structures.

On time and accurate quarterly and monthly reporting as well as founded forecast brought high credits local and international within all US-companies I worked for.

One of the keys is a very deep IT-knowledge, including standard packages as MS office as well as good database skills. SAP, different Oracle based Systems as well as Hyperion Reporting Systems complete the palette of tools used.
