The company operates with Cerámica Zanon (Ceramic tiles) Sanitarios Motta (Sanitary ware) Minera Zafiro and Barda Negra (mining activities) and subsidiary companies in Chile, Brazil and USA. Total revenue 80 Million and total manpower of 750 people.

1997-1999 GRAINCO S.A. MBH International Managing Director

Some of the Bemberg Group shareholders, along with others foreign investors in Argentina, formed MBH (Miguens Bemberg Holding) to invest in business not related to the beverages industry in Latin America. For Real Estate projects, they formed Grainco S.A. In this company we developed several projects in many provinces of Argentina (Bahía Blanca, Santa Fe, Tucumán and Neuquén) with a total of 60 Million.

Director New Projects.

Project Brazil: (Oct 95 to Jun 97) Director in Quilmes do Brazil LTD., the Bemberg Group’s operations in Brazil. In charge of all the aspects (Legal, Society, Commercial, Industrial and Financial) related to the introduction of the company in this country.

Project Zárate II - Argentina (Jul 93 to Dec 94): for the capacity increase of the Zárate Plant from 2.2 up to 4.4 million Hl. Total amount approved $ 60 million.

Project Planta Ypané - Paraguay (Jan 94 to May 95): For the construction of a new brewery plant with 1 million Hl. capacity. Total amount approved $ 50 million.

Project Mineral Water - Argentina (Jan 94 to Jul 95): For the introduction of a new product: the Eco de los Andes mineral water, and the construction of a new plant in the province of Mendoza, with an install capacity of 1.5 million Hl. and a total investment of $ 45 million.

Project Zárate I - Argentina (Jun 91 to May 93): for the construction of a new plant in Zárate, province of Buenos Aires, with an installed capacity of 2.2 million Hl. and a total investment of $72 million.

During 1996, with sales of 1.6 million Hl, total revenue was $ 80 million and market share 15%, second brewery in Argentina.

Responsible for the Sales Department in the Area of Capital Federal y Gran Buenos Aires. Same activity previously done in the Interior, in Santa Fe, Entre Ríos and Córdoba.

Project Engineer
Supervisor of the Projects Preparation, Evaluation and Control Section, of the Manufacturing Department. More than 100 investment projects and over U$S 100 million were done in this period in GM, including all New Models, Engine Plant, New Die Shop, and all kind of improvements in the manufacturing process.

During 1993-1994, Project Manager of the Opel Project, for the introduction of this new car.
