Developed and executed new Direct Store Delivery (DSD) start-up strategies within New England resulting in four new locations opening within six months. · Recruited as “green-field” finance design team due to sales/customer experience and strong interpersonal, management and technical skills. Aberdeen, Clorox’s newest and largest manufacturing and distribution facility (35% of $3 billion sales), systematically incorporated High Performance principles: “Self Directed Work Teams” that improve productivity and participation and “Total Quality with a focused emphasis on Continuous Improvement.”
· Developed/implemented and managed financial processes and systems (Activity Based Costing, payroll, general ledger, accounts payable, inventory, maintenance planning, planning and cash flow forecasting) which supported start-up and on-going operations resulting in record transition time from start-up to fully functional.
· Created training curriculum, On-the-Job Training Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), skill block assessments and Total Quality Measurements for teams (Pay for Skills systems) that resulted in optimum start-up team performance, one-third of normal time.

· Establish inter-functional network to strengthen Financial and Accounting position.
