Accomplishments
• Introducing a business oriented HR strategy for the Dutch market.
• Establishing a cultural change from a traditional Telco to a competitive Internet & E-commerce Telecom operator.
• Providing growth from 220 to 400 FTE by employing professionals mainly in the Data segment.
• Acquisition and integration of Internet providers DDS and Ision.

Human Resource Manager/Corporate Recruitment Manager, 1997 - 2000
• Implementing, on corporate level, a model that positions recruitment as a Marketing & Sales function, which enables us to attract large numbers of qualified candidates in a tight market where resources are a key factor for growth. With this model we can realize a target of more than 1000 top-level new hires a year, of which half are graduates.
• I enlarged the intake of graduates from around 200 to over 500 per year, sticking to the highest selection criteria. Need for experienced professionals was fully met.
• Professionalizing the recruitment function within the organization to satisfy an increasing demand for professionals in a fast growing IT-market.
