· Change managed and coordinated 50 successful affinity programme launches each with £200k to £500k revenue.
· Advising and guiding the Country Operation Directors on the implementation of new processes and procedures and providing consultancy to blue-chip 3rd Parties (Fortis, Barclaycard, ING, RBS) on their launch strategy.
