As described in my enclosed resume, I am a Dutch national, with excellent track record of strong growth through successfully building up and expanding businesses through own Sales Teams and Multi Distribution channels within the Healthcare Industry in Europe, Midddle East and the Far East.

For the last 8 years I have been working at Senior Management roles, in Europe and the US, for Invacare Corporation, world’s leading producer and supplier of Home Health Care products, Medical and Rehabilitation products.

Before joining Invacare, I have been working in Senior Management positions for B.Braun Medical (Melsungen) a large producer of Surgical Sutures and Specialties, Medical Devices and Equipment, Instruments and Pharmaceutical Solutions and as such I am very familiar with doing business on both Institutional and governmental level and capable of communicating at all levels.

I have been very successful in turning around loss making sales organizations back into profit and simultaneously enhancing strong sales growth while improving cashflow.
Further I have been successful in building leading, coaching and motivating strong and effective Sales Forces and Organizations in a wide variety of countries.

I am very familiar with building successful relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers while using their expertise to the benefit of the company.
